Workplace Giving

Through our Workplace Giving platform, we bring the joy of giving to employees at their workplace. We work with 75K employees across 150+ corporates (AMEX, HDFC, ICICI, Tesco, TCS, Coca-Cola, Tata Communications, Reliance, MMT and others) every year, to facilitate 20+ crores of annual giving, to the causes and trust-worthy nonprofits of their choice.

We are building one of the world’s best workplace giving solution, where we provide opportunities for corporates & employees to donate to any cause or non-profit that they care about, in the most simple, personalised and effective manner. We hope to scale our impact on the lives of millions of underprivileged people every year, by democratizing philanthropy

To make this vision a reality, we are looking for a socially-conscious hands-on leader to build, manage and scale our “Workplace Giving” portfolio in the North Zone (Delhi NCR)/West Zone (Mumbai).

At Give, you will…

  • Completely own all business metrics (Donation value, donor engagement, retention and churn rates) for the North/West Zone
  • Manage existing corporate partnerships, and ensure deeper engagement through marketing campaigns
  • Building active pipeline of new partnerships and grow customer portfolio in the region.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of account managers and business development professionals
